Ongoing Evaluation:

  • A meeting with the sponsor of the training initiative to ensure that the goals were achieved and that concrete work-related improvements are occurring.
  • Written evaluations are collected and reviewed to validate what was effective and to improve on what could have been better. 
  • We implement the Engagement Gage. This is an automated quarterly survey that measure levels of engagement by work group or division. 
  • This simple but powerful tool gives management immediate feedback on training initiatives as well as the overall health of the organization.
