Coaching | Does it matter?

Business and Executive Coaching
Absolutely Matters!

What We Believe:

  • Coaching is where the most significant levels of positive change occur for employees at any level if the individual is “coachable”.
  • Coaching combined with training or on-the-job mentoring is the most powerful method to build leadership, create employee engagement and set your organization apart as the industry leader.
  •  Coaching is not therapy. The individual is viewed as capable of making their own decisions.
  • The coach is a partner in personal and professional development.
  • All conversations must remain confidential or trust is broken and all investment in the process is at risk.

How We Coach:

  • Our coaching team members are certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) at the ACC, PCC and MCC levels.
  • The coaching process is structured with pre-planned session with clear goals and objectives.
  • At the executive level, the leader is often expected to set the agenda and bring topics to the session.
  • The coach can offer objective perspectives, ask pointed questions or make observations that move the employee or executive towards optimum development.
  • The coaching conversation can move beyond strictly work-related issues as the employee or executive is viewed holistically.

Coaching Outcomes:

  • Improved focus on goal setting and goal achievement.
  • Establishment of key performance indicators (KPI’s) streamlining operational systems and improving productivity.
  • Resolution of interpersonal conflicts and overall improved moral.
  • Establishment of collaborative work practices across programs or divisions.
  • Reductions in the cost of attracting and retaining talent.
  • Competitive advantages with a focus on what really matters and the strategic weaknesses of your industry players.
  • Improved ability to work on the business, not in the business.
  • Skills improvement in the areas of organization, time management and decision making.
  • High level of job satisfaction and wellness.
  • Becoming the employer of choice in your industry.
